Platinum Sponsorship
$7,500
Our Platinum Sponsorship opportunity is your chance to show your support of Prevention First and its mission in a most prominent way! Platinum sponsors support every aspect of our conference, including personnel, keynote speakers, and activities. Platinum Sponsorship benefits include:
- Promotion of your business in conference marketing plan (e.g., social media, email marketing, newsletters, etc.).
- Business logo on attendee badges/lanyard.
- Business logo on website and conference app.
- Business logo included on main ballroom table tents.
- Verbal recognition during conference.
- Exhibit table.
- Opportunity to provide materials in welcome bags.
- Opportunity to introduce speaker and talk about your business/agency.
- Four (4) complimentary conference registrations.
- Conference attendee information (after event).
Gold Sponsorship
$5,000
Our Gold Sponsorship opportunity is your chance to show your support of Prevention First and its mission in a very prominent way! Gold sponsors support every aspect of our conference, including personnel, keynote speakers, and activities. Gold Sponsorship benefits include:
- Promotion of your business in conference marketing plan (e.g., social media, email marketing, newsletters, etc.).
- Business logo (digital) in the ballroom between each session.
- Business logo on website and conference app.
- Business logo included on main ballroom table tents.
- Verbal recognition during conference.
- Exhibit table.
- Opportunity to provide materials in welcome bags.
- Opportunity to introduce speaker and talk about your business/agency.
- Two (2) complimentary conference registrations.
- Conference attendee information (after event).
Silver Sponsorship
$3,000
Our Silver Sponsorship also helps support all aspects of our conference, including personnel, keynote speakers, and activities. It is a great way to support Prevention First for those organizations unable to pursue a Gold or Platinum Sponsorship due to cost. Silver Sponsorship benefits include:
- Promotion of your business in conference marketing plan (e.g., social media, email marketing, newsletters, etc.).
- Sponsor recognition on website and signage at breakfast/lunch area.
- Opportunity to provide materials in welcome bags.
- One (1) complimentary conference registration.
- Conference attendee information (after event).
Bronze Sponsorship
$2,000
Our Bronze Sponsorship provides our stakeholders with an opportunity to show their support of Prevention First and its mission. Its $3,000 price point makes it accessible to a wide range of organizations. Bronze Sponsorship benefits include:
- Promotion of your business in conference marketing plan (e.g., social media, email marketing, newsletters, etc.).
- Sponsor recognition on website and signage at registration area.
- Opportunity to provide materials in welcome bags.
Sponsorship Terms and Conditions
- Securing Your Sponsorship: To secure your sponsorship, please contact Bryant Laiche, Conference Coordinator, by email (conference@prevention.org).
- Payment: Sponsorship fees must be paid in full within 30 days of the sponsorship agreement being signed. Failure to make payment within the specified timeframe may result in the forfeiture of sponsorship benefits.
- Sponsorship Benefits: The conference organizers will make reasonable efforts to provide the agreed-upon sponsorship benefits. However, the organizers reserve the right to make changes to the sponsorship package if necessary, with reasonable notice provided to the sponsor.
- Logo Usage: Sponsors grant the conference organizers permission to use their company logo for promotional purposes related to the conference. The organizers will ensure proper attribution and will not modify the logo without the sponsor’s consent.
- Cancellation: In the event that a sponsor wishes to cancel their sponsorship, a written notice must be provided to the organizers. Cancellations made prior to 60 days before the conference start date will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the sponsorship fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of the conference start date will not be eligible for a refund.
- Liability: The conference organizers will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by sponsors or their representatives during the conference.
